• AI formulas for data processing
• Custom AI agent creation
• Integration with third-party AI providers
• Web search and data extraction tools

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information for API key configuration
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the service
• Respect API rate limits and usage quotas

4. API Keys and Third-Party Services

• You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid API keys
• You are responsible for costs incurred with third-party AI providers
• BatchAI is not liable for issues with third-party services
• You must comply with each AI provider's terms of service

5. Service Availability

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Maintenance windows may occur with or without notice
• We are not liable for service disruptions or data loss

6. Intellectual Property

• BatchAI code and design are owned by the developer
• You retain ownership of your spreadsheet data and AI agent configurations
• You grant us permission to process your data as needed to provide the service

7. Limitation of Liability

BatchAI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Data loss or corruption
• Costs incurred from third-party API usage
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Subscription and Payments (if applicable)

• Free tier available with usage limits
• Paid tiers may be introduced in the future
• Pricing subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds handled case-by-case

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for:

• Violation of these terms
• Abusive or illegal use
• Non-payment (if paid tier introduced)

You may terminate by uninstalling the add-on.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
